At Azzori, we want you to love and cherish your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability.

If your desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Contact us at azzori101@gmail.com with your order number.
We will provide return instructions.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at azzori101@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
